Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Prerna Edit, a brand owned and operated by HOUSE OF SINGHAL PRIVATE LIMITED, creates and curates pieces that are generally made to order.

No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, styling preference or other personal preference once an order has been confirmed.

Exchange for Damaged or Incorrect Products

An exchange is available if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To verify the claim, an unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label and the issue with the product is required, subject to applicable law.

The item must remain unused, unworn and with its original tags and packaging. Once the claim is verified, we will arrange the appropriate exchange. If a replacement is not reasonably available, we will provide the remedy required under applicable law.

Natural Variations

Minor differences in colour due to lighting, photography or screen settings, and small variations inherent in handcrafted or textile products, are not ordinarily considered defects.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
