These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.prernaedit.com and purchases from Prerna Edit, a brand owned and operated by HOUSE OF SINGHAL PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. PRODUCTS

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and screen settings. Minor variations inherent in handcrafted, woven or textile products may occur and are not ordinarily defects.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability and successful payment. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, non-availability or another genuine operational reason; any amount received for such cancelled order will be refunded.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many Prerna Edit products are made to order. Once an order is confirmed and processing has commenced, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled, returned or refunded for change of mind, subject always to applicable consumer law.

4. PRICING & SHIPPING

The amount payable will be displayed at checkout. Shipping within India is free. International shipping is INR 5,000 per piece and includes standard shipping, customs duties and applicable import taxes, subject to destination serviceability. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different products will be handled in accordance with that policy and applicable law.

6. WEBSITE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including photographs, designs, graphics, text, logos and branding, belongs to or is licensed to Prerna Edit/HOUSE OF SINGHAL PRIVATE LIMITED and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

7. LIABILITY

We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. GOVERNING LAW & CHANGES

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them from time to time, and the version published on our website will apply from its stated effective date.

9. FAST DELIVERY

This option helps us prioritise your saree over other orders. We do not maintain an inventory and this option does not mean that the courier delivery itself will be faster (as you can understand, we are a saree brand, not a courier agency). Instead, it reduces the making time within the overall timeline, thereby shortening the overall period from placing your order to receiving the product. Additionally, it is applicable separately for each product.
